De Jong Plant is an ambitious family-owned company from Boskoop, specializing in the cultivation of garden hydrangeas. With a strong focus on innovation, automation, and sustainability, we produce a complete range—from cuttings to finished products ready for delivery. We have locations in Boskoop, Stompwijk, and Berkel en Rodenrijs, and together with a team of 25 enthusiastic permanent employees, we cultivate and trade top-quality hydrangeas.
 

What will you do?

•    Maintenance of the grounds, greenhouses and materials
•    Care of plants and crops
•    Small jobs and odd jobs
•    Helping where necessary – together we keep the nursery running

Who are we looking for?

•    You are retired or early retired, but still fit and keen to stay active.
•    You enjoy working outdoors and like to get stuck in
•    You have a feel for plants (experience is a bonus, but not essential)
•    You have a positive attitude and value a friendly atmosphere
